Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we ship everywhere. 

For Switzerland and the EU, the rates are the following:

Switzerland Shipping (Tracked): CHF 6.00 or free for orders over CHF 300.
For shipping within the EU (Tracked): CHF 15.00
 


For international shipping (outside the EU), the rates are the following:

USA and North America shipping (Tracked): CHF 20.00 - 35.00
Rest of the world Shipping (Tracked): CHF 50.00 - 70.00

We are happy to accept returns on your items. However, please note that there are a couple of rules. We can only accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. Don’t forget to include your reason for returning; if there is no returns form in the parcel, please contact customercare@daughteroftheislands.com to receive one. 

Returns are free for customers based in EU countries with your return label. If you are unsure if the country you are based is eligible for free returns, please get in touch with us at customercare@daughteroftheislands.com

Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes will NOT be refunded for shipments returned from outside the EU. All international returns must be posted at the customer’s expense quoting your order number and ‘returned items’ on the package. 

Please ensure the package is sent via a tracked service or with 'proof of postage when returning goods. All returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until they reach Daughter of the Islands. 

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your items.

Please note that we do not longer accept exchanges, including rings.

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days. However, in some cases, due to the current global situation, this time frame may be extended to 30 working days. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card.


Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. You have 21 days from the date of receipt to return your item for a full refund. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer, and/or a refund will be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.
